Where we ship. Belwell currently ships within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Rates & delivery
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a flat $4.95 rate applies. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect address, lost or damaged packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@getbelwell.com and we will make it right.
